At Long Brews Coffee Co., every order is handled with care. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.


All Sales Final

All coffee purchases are considered final once shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
